Serene S207T & S2069 Wall Mount Heaters

The Serene S207T heater was sold at Reece between 24/01/2018 to May 2024. The Serene S2069 heater was sold at Reece between 16/06/2018 to May 2024.

Defect: The S207T & S2069 wall mounted heaters have been deemed not compliant to New Zealand mandatory safety standards. Hazard: While not deemed by the regulator as unsafe, the heaters are not compliant with the relevant standards for New Zealand and should not have been supplied into New Zealand. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Reece with your proof of purchase, via the details listed below to arrange a refund.

Serene Classic S2068 Bathroom Heater

Serene Classic S2068 Bathroom Heaters in both white and stainless-steel finish, sold by Reece New Zealand from 16 June 2018.

Defect: The Serene Classic S2068 Bathroom Heater has been deemed unsafe and is non-compliant with New Zealand safety standards. Hazard: The product may overheat and/or cause a fire.
