Be sure to bring your mask, if you forget one, we will have extras available at the entrance.

Healthy habits are encouraged—including hand sanitising.

All our stores will be practicing healthy habits, including hand sanitising and social distancing.

We ask that everyone adopts these healthy habits—in our stores and when working—so that we can all continue doing business safely.

While masks are encouraged, there are no changes to the number of people allowed at a job site. However, in-home services are now required to keep contact records for their workers. We are committed to supporting your business through challenges, big and small.

New rules from 10 November and what this means for our customers

We’re excited to be able to welcome back more customers in Auckland, with the region finally moving to step 2 of Alert Level 3 from midnight on November 10.

As well as enjoying some additional personal freedoms like outdoor gatherings and exercise classes, retail is back!

We’re maintaining tight COVID safe practices in our branches to make sure we keep each other safe and well. What this means from tomorrow is:

  • Reece, HVAC and Actrol Showrooms will reopen

  • Physical distancing of 2 metres will apply

  • Self service will be available in branches where physical distancing is possible

  • Masks are required by everyone indoors

We’re excited to be able to welcome you back in branch, but if you want to skip the queue and get your product quickly, a reminder that maX and online ordering is still available.
